Located in Cazavet, this charming 142 m² village house welcomes up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 double, 1 single). The kitchen is fully equipped, including filter and espresso coffee makers. In the heart of the village, the house offers a peaceful setting with easy access to the river and hiking trails. Shops are just a 5-minute drive away. You will enjoy private Wi-Fi, a TV, fans, a washing machine, and a workspace. For families, a baby cot, toys, books, and a booster seat are provided. Two covered terraces (60 m² and 10 m²) are ideal for summer meals. Street parking is available. Pets are welcome if clean, well-behaved, and cause no damage. Parties are not allowed. Optional services: bed linen, towels, and cleaning are available for an extra fee. Baby bedding (cot and sheets) is included. Bike washing facilities are available at the fountain. The region offers many activities: hiking, caving, paragliding, mountain biking, and the renowned Saint-Girons market, 15 minutes away, voted the most beautiful market in Midi-Pyrénées in 2021. Please note: On July 10th and 11th, the village hosts the Celtic and Occitan Music Festival, a renowned event attracting music lovers and a friendly crowd. Enjoy free concerts under the market hall on these two evenings. While the village will be lively during these nights, the rest of your stay will be calm and perfect for relaxation.
